Are proofs available?
We email proofs on all printed announcements and invitations at no charge. We will wait for your approval before we complete your order. We
are not responsible for errors not caught on the proof. If we make a mistake after the approved proof, we will reprint at no additional charge. If you
would like us to send you a proof prior to production there will be a $10 charge for the proof, which includes standard time shipping. It will be
credited back to your invoice if you decide to place an order.
How long does it take to get my order?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 weeks after your proof approval. Once we receive your order details we can give you a better estimate
of delivery time. Wedding and Custom Keepsake orders require a 4 week production time.
We also offer a RUSH service for an additional $25. You will also be responsible for any additional overnight shipping charges if applicable. A
quote will be sent to you for approval before your order is processed.
How will my invitations or announcements arrive?
Your invitations or announcements will arrive completely assembled (applicable for invitations with embellishments). All you need to do is
address your envelopes and apply appropriate postage.
What is the procedure for Photo Invitations &Announcements?
You will send us your photo by mail or email. Emailed photos should be sent as JPEG files if possible. For mailed photos we will scan and
touch up the photo to best suit the announcement. Your photo will be returned with your order.

Is there a minimum amount of cards I must order?
There is no minimum since we are a custom order business.
Do you ship out of the United States?
Yes. There will be additional shipping charges. Please email us at admin@designstudiocreations.com for a shipping quote.
Are envelopes included?
Yes. Envelopes are included with all orders. You may choose a standard white or ivory envelope. Envelope upgrades are available for an
additional cost. Please discuss options with your designer.
Can I get my envelopes early?
Yes. We can send you your envelopes early for an additional $7.00 fee. Additional fees apply for overnight shipping.
Can you print my return address on the envelopes?
Yes. Our prices include the return address printing using standard black ink. Colored ink is an additional $0.15 per envelope.

• Light colored solid backgrounds are the best
• Digital cameras work well when the resolution is at least 1200 x 1800 pixels and 300 dpi. Please set your camera to the fine setting
• Professional photos taken must include a copyright release, before I can legally create your invitation or announcement
